FOHA’s biggest fundraiser of the year is coming up, and we need your help to make it a success! From greeting guests to assisting with the auction and everything in between, our volunteers are what make this event possible.
- Pre-Event Auction Basket Styling (a few weeks prior to event date on 10/3)
- Guest gift bag prep and assembly (a few weeks prior to event date on 10/3)
- Loading and transporting auction items to the venue
- Transporting and handling of dogs/cats for the duration of the event
- Setting up venue
- Setting up auction, raffle, wine and dine pull tables
- Manning all tables
- Manning registration table and VIP entrance table
- Driving auction items back to Treasure Hound
- Directing guests for sunset viewing
- Auction close-out
