Are you detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and passionate about supporting lifesaving animal care behind the scenes? We’re looking for a very dedicated team of three additional volunteers to assist with medical data entry in ShelterLuv—FOHA’s shelter management system.
This critical role helps ensure the accuracy and reliability of our medical records by entering treatments, medications, and other medical updates into our system with precision.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to commit several hours per week all year
- Individuals who enjoy and excel at data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Willingness to learn medical terminology used in shelter animal care
- Availability to come to the shelter once a week (Sunday–Thursday) to work with our Medical Manager
- Team mindset: back each other up when someone is on vacation or unavailable
