Cat Snuggling New Volunteer Orientation 2 Part Training (Virtual and Hands On)

Thank for you your interest in being a cat snuggler at FOHA! Your orientation will consist of 2 parts that you MUST attend to be considered a trained cat snuggler. You will be then eligible to come visit our cats any day of the week and spend time with them in our communal catteries.

If you are under 16 years old your parent must:

1. Create their own account and sign Volunteer Waiver

2. ALSO sign up for both training sessions

3. Attend both training sessions WITH you

Please talk to your parent about this before signing up for class!

As a reminder - you need to sign up for BOTH the Virtual Session and the Hands On Session.

Cat Snuggling Orientation Part 1 - Virtual

Description

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE SIGNING UP.

Part 1 is a virtual meeting via Google Meet. You will receive an email with the meeting information the day of the meeting. **Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder for the email.
Participants younger than 16 MUST have a parent sign up for the same session. PARENTS - your child(ren) can attend with you. They do not need their own account.
Participants 16 and older can create an account and sign up without a parent. However, the parent must sign the parental consent. *Please add your age in the comment section.
If you are on the wait list for Part 1, please do NOT sign up for a Part 2 session.
Please note that our shelter is located in Aldie, VA.
